What to expect.
When you call, tell us what colour you have now, what you'd like, and anything that's been done before, including box dye, henna or previous lightening.
Bring two or three photos of colour you love. Your stylist maps out the plan with you in the chair and explains the upkeep before starting.
Colour appointments take longer than a cut, so the team books the right length of appointment for the work.
Common questions
What's the difference between balayage and highlights?
Balayage is applied freehand for a soft, blended result that grows out gently; foil highlights give brighter, more even dimension. Our balayage vs. ombré guide explains the options.
Can you fix colour done somewhere else?
Yes. Colour correction is part of our colour menu. Tell us what was used and when, and we'll be honest about how many visits it may take.
Do I need a consultation before colour?
There's no separate consultation to book. Tell the team what you're after when you call, and your stylist talks the plan through with you before the colour starts.
